Entrance
There is an a hole with a ladder [-753, 79, 1330] near the teleporter building in Mistport, go down and you will be in the Mistport Sewer, turn right and go pass the pressure plate and enter the big pipe room, on the right should be green tube with redstone torches [-875, 20, 1202], swim up and you will get tp to King Barbossa's Black Market.
