Classes

Monumenta has 8 classes for players to choose from. Three classes are available upon completing or skipping the tutorial (Warrior, Mage, or Scout) with simplified abilities. There is a button at the end of the The Alchemy Labs dungeon to warp new players to the Sierhaven Academy class selection room to allow immediate swap to one of the expanded classes (with the exception of Warlock, which requires completion of Sons of the Forest).

Skill points can be spent in the appropriate class skill selection room in the Sierhaven Academy and the D'Orin NPC in plots/playerplots. The Sierhaven Academy is the large building with a book and quill, and the stairs in the room leads to class selection. The signs on the walls label the room for each class. Inside each room is a sign wall to the right of the entrance explaining how to use the room, and signs on the left state the class passive ability. Stepping on the green pressure plate will enter a skill description in the chat. To select a skill, stand on the yellow pressure plate, and press the button on the wall.

Each class possesses a passive and 8 abilities with 2 levels each. Class abilities can be unlocked with skill points gained from completing the tutorial and wool dungeons. Players may choose to reset their class and abilities an unlimited number of times at the Sierhaven Academy. Each time a player resets, their skill points are returned to them in full to be redistributed into new choices.

Each class possesses two Specializations, which can be unlocked in the Celsian Isles, as well as two enhancement points, which upgrade base abilities. Specializations are not usable in King's Valley, and enhancements can only be used in the Architect's Ring.

The current limit is 10 skill points, 4 specialization points, and 2 enhancement points.
