  • Finding Chests
  • Completing Quests
  • Gambling

Tiers

Each item has its own tier to classify how easily obtainable and powerful it is.

  • Tier 0-5: These are found in generic loot chests. Each loot chest will be a specific tier, which will have items of around that tier, depending on the area's difficulty. Lower-tier items are typically found in easier areas, whereas higher tiers are found in more difficult areas. Tiered equipment is usually very weak and should be upgraded as soon as possible.
  • Common: This tier of item is reserved for the base alchemist bags in each region of the game. These are the Alchemist's Bag, Celsian Alchemist's Bag, and Dichen Alchemist's Bag
  • Uncommon: There are three types of Uncommon Items: Overworld Uncommons, Dungeon Uncommons, and Boss Uncommons. Overworld Uncommons are found in specific chests in POIs or traded by specific villagers. Dungeon Uncommons are generally found in set locations throughout the dungeon, often on armor stands. Boss Uncommons are part of a boss's loot chest.
  • Rare: Like tiered items, these are found in generic loot chests but much rarer. They are more probable to find in higher-tiered chests. The possible rare items depend on the location of the chests: each dungeon or strike contains Rares specific to that dungeon or strike, and POIs in the Architects Ring contain Rares specific to the Overworld POI. Rares in the Architect's Ring can be upgraded using the Masterwork anvil.
  • Artifact: These are items comparable to Rares in rarity but obtained in different ways. Examples are Boss Fights, upgrading specific Uncommons or Rares in the Ephemeral Corridors, or specific trades. Architect's Ring Artifacts do not exist by default and may only be obtained through Masterwork 4★ and above. (This functionality is not available at the moment, and will be added at a later time, likely with the introduction of the next Architect's Ring Expansion.)
  • Epic: Extremely difficult-to-obtain and powerful items. They usually cost large amounts of delve materials and raw currency, Mythic Dust, or Mythic Powder.
  • Legendary: Highest rarity in the game. Charms from Celestial Zenith lootroom have a small chance to be Legendary.
  • Unique: Items that can only be obtained from Quests, Races, or Jumping puzzles.
  • Patron Made: Items created with the ideas of a Patron and Team Monumenta. Patrons could create a Patron Item every $100 they donated to the server. The idea of the item, the method of obtaining, and possible references are decided by the Patron, then the Team balances it appropriately. Patron Items differ in power (some are as strong as Artifacts, while some are as strong as simple Uncommons) and are typically obtained at traders. It is no longer possible to add new Patron Items to the game (they were retired by the developers) but the old ones are still obtainable.
  • Legacy: No longer obtainable items from previous content that has now been reworked and/or changed.
  • Event: Obtained during seasonal or limited-time events. Some items can be obtained outside of their events while others may not return.
  • Currency: Items mainly used to purchase other items.
  • Key: These grant access to specific content such as Dungeons or Strikes.
  • Trophy: Cosmetic reward items obtained after completing Dungeons or other content. Completing [Dungeon_Delves#Challenge_Delves Challenge Delves] will reward a special trophy.
