Slicing Wind is an artifact Sword found inside of The Ephemeral Corridors. They are an upgraded version of the Cutting Breeze.

Obtaining

Slicing Wind can be crafted at the trader on the 2nd floor of The Ephemeral Corridors with the Cutting Breeze and 15 Concentrated Experience.
On Normal & Hardcore difficulties of The Ephemeral Corridors, two of the four floor 2 uncommon upgraded items will appear after completing the entire floor.
On Classic difficulties, Slicing Wind will appear alongside all the other floor respective uncommon upgrades at the start of the floor.
Slicing Wind can also be turned into a Pulsating Dust at the Rare Trader - Ephemeral Corridors.
