Ghoulskin Shroud can appear alongside another upgradeable rare from either the Plagueroot Temple or the Arcane Rivalry. Only two of the four upgradeable rare options can appear on Hardcore difficulty instances of The Ephemeral Corridors.
Ghoulskin Shroud has a guaranteed appearance at the beginning of the 2nd floor on Classic difficulty instances of The Ephemeral Corridors.
Ghoulskin Shroud can also be turned into two Royal Dust at the Rare Trader - Ephemeral Corridors.
