Rosethorn Blade can appear alongside another upgradeable rare from either the Vernal Nightmare or the The Black Willows. Only two of the four upgradeable rare options can appear on Hardcore difficulty instances of The Ephemeral Corridors.
Rosethorn Blade has a guaranteed appearance at the beginning of the 3rd floor on Classic difficulty instances of The Ephemeral Corridors.
Rosethorn Blade can also be turned into two Royal Dust at the Rare Trader - Ephemeral Corridors.
