It can be found near the end of the dungeon before dropping into the deepest section.
Coordinates: (-1390, 40, 1108) in a dispenser in black floating fire.

It is a crafting material for creating Seeker's Sextant VII, which is a needed step to obtain True North.

It is a flint and steel.
