Obtaining

Diamond Chiss Head is bought from Vurawn inside of the hidden Ruby Key room inside of the Hoard which can be accessed after flipping levers inside of every waterfall inside of The Hoard. It costs the following materials:

• Ghost Captain's Visage from defeating Ghost-Captain Varcosa inside of The Grasp of Avarice.
• 4 Mist Fragments which are won from daily completions of The Black Mist.
• 4 Broken Beyonds which are won from The Black Mist after completing the daily completion.
• Tide's Chime which is obtained after defeating Ghost-Captain Varcosa with the Hollow Chime in your inventory. Hollow Chime can be found inside of the Sunken Ship POI.
• 4 Ysalamiri Fossils which are found inside of The Minefield POI in 2 buried dispensers near coral in 2 locations: northwest of the final central pillar, and near the exit to the ocean.

To begin buying the Diamond Chiss Head, bring Vurawn the Ghost Captain's Visage & the 4 Mist Fragments to create the Remnants of the Captain, which alongside the 4 Broken Beyond creates an Outer Rim Fragment, which combined with Tide's Chime creates a Master Tactician's Gambit, and is finally combined with the 4 Ysalmairi Fossils creates the Diamond Chiss Head.
