Cry Havoc
The Cry Havoc is an epic charm found within the Architect's Ring.
Obtainment Method(s)
The Cry Havoc is only held by Ageratina, a rather secluded trader in the Wolfswood who can be found by mining glass blocks at the coordinates: [-538, 109, -375]
After mining the glass blocks underwater, you'll enter a small cave where Ageratina resides.
Once you've found them, one of Ageratina's trades will allow you to trade 16 
and 48 Sorceress' Staves into a Cry Havoc.
Functional Information
Like all charms, the Cry Havoc cannot be masterworked, even though it is of the Epic tier.
When worn, it massively increases the range of Thunder Step, allowing you to teleport really far away, while also increasing its damage radius greatly, though lowering said damage by a little amount. This charm can be used on mage to gain mobility easily as it is only 1 charm power.
