Heart Phinim is bought at Asheur, who is hidden behind a hidden wall of Crimson Hyphae inside of the Antlion Pit poi. after procuring the following items:

• Sixty-four Twisted Soul Threads: A condensed version of Soul Threads, a nearly universally dropped currency.
• Sixteen Scavenger Essence: A drop from Master Scavengers in the Seigrit Mineshaft POI.
• Tome of Aquatic Shards: Found inside the Arcane Rivalry dungeon behind a tall bookshelf.
• Two Binah Leaves: Delve materials found inside The Fallen Forum.
• Mana Potion: Found inside the Arcane Rivalry dungeon in a room overlooking the final cavern of the dungeon high above the ground.

To begin buying Heart Phinim, bring Asheur sixty-four Twisted Soul Threads and sixteen Scavenger Essence to create a Corrupted Ōkubi Tooth. The Tome of Aquatic Shards and two Binah Leaves will create Ybessat's Druidcraft. Combining the Corrupted Ōkubi Tooth and Ybessat's Druidcraft makes Thommen's Last Hope. Thommen's Last Hope and the Mana Potion will create Heart Phinim.
