Silver Strings
The Silver Strings is an epic charm found within the Architect's Ring.
Obtainment Method(s)
The Silver Strings is only held by Unmasked Rellia, an Epic trader in Masquerader's Ruin who can be found inside part 2 of the strike.
In the circular room right before the boss in part 2 of the strike, go into the room to the left and climb up and inside the statue to find Unmasked Rellia.
Once you've found them, one of Unmasked Rellia's trades will allow you to trade 16 
and 48 Shattered Masks into a Silver Strings.
Functional Information
Like all charms, the Silver Strings cannot be masterworked, even though it is of the Epic tier.
When worn, it slightly enhances recoil velocity. It can be used as a filler charm as this doesn't really buff any important stats other than recoil mobility. Its main class uses could be classes that do not have mobility on their own, or quickdraw ranger for more mobility.
