Obtaining

• Parrot Plume Pinion is bought from the Parrot Enthusiast Pascale at an island southwest of Mistport with Heaven's Lullaby and five Pulsating Powder. The trade is only visible after obtaining five parrots that are requested to be found.

The parrots and their locations are:

• Scarlet Macaw (Red Parrot): On top of a building at the Rosebud Ruins POI.
• Green Parakeet (Green Parrot): Bought from the Parrot Vendor at The Pet Shop in Sierhaven for eight Concentrated Experience.
• Hyacinth Macaw (Blue Parrot): Bought from the Suspicious Sailor Northeast of the Plots Docks at a crashed ship inside.
• Sun Parakeet (Yellow Parrot): On top of some trees in the Summer Shrine POI.
• Blue Quaker (Light Blue Parrot): On a branch high ontop of The Watch POI.
