Pulsating Powder can be acquired by transmogrifying 4 Celsian Isles Tier 5s using a Pure Magma Crystal in exchange for 1 Pulsating Powder at the Transmogrifier in Molta.

Usage

Pulsating Powder is mainly used to purchase Mythic Powder from Squire Reggie, which can be then used to purchase Epic items from Knight-Errant Reynart in Mistport. It is also used to trade for various patron items in Celsian Isles.
