Tesseracts are Unique Utility items that have a unique ability upon activation. They can be each be obtained once for free by completing the respective puzzle in Selari's Lab in the Primeval Creations questline. Obtaining more of the same tesseract will require purchase from the skeleton skull in the Unpowered Tesseract Room. Players cannot use tesseracts if they themselves have not completed the corresponding puzzle for it yet.

Tesseract of Festivity does not relate to Selari's Lab nor Primeval Creations and is instead a traded Holiday Event item.

Purchasing

The Tesseracts can be repurchased from the skeleton skull in the Unpowered Tesseract puzzle room after the respective puzzle has been completed. All of the main tesseracts cost 2 HCS and 3 Gleaming Seashells, with the exception of Yellow tesseract which costs 1 HCS and 2 Gleaming Seashells

The Tesseract of Festivity can only be purchased from Selholly Sprignos in the Sierhaven Snowman Embassy for 16 Cryospheres from completing minigames during the Holiday event. The tesseract can only be bought and upgraded during the event.

Sketched Crimson Contract and Sketched Annilys are Sketched Skins that take the form of Tesseracts. Their base items can be skinned for 1 Metamorphosis Token each by the Seasonal Skin Manager in the Seasonal Pass Hub.

Upgrading

Most wool tesseracts have an upgraded (u) version. These upgrades can be purchased from the skull in the Cyan Tesseract puzzle room after the quest Primeval Creations: Zero One Three Wools Minus Two has been completed. These upgrades cost the original tesseract and an Upgrade Unit, a material purchased from the same skull trader for 18 HCS and 18 Amalgamated Dissonant Energy each.

The Tesseract of Emotion does not have an upgraded form.

Upgrading the Tesseract of Festivity requires another 16 Cryospheres rather than an Upgrade Unit.

When right-clicked while in mainhand or inventory, the player will be teleported back to Sierhaven, Mistport, Galengarde or the start of the dungeon, depending on which shard they are located in. It cannot be used in Adventure mode areas and the player must be at full health to use it. 10

Attuned to the power of the Body.
Can strengthen your body for 10 minutes,
granting you periodic Absorption I.
When right-clicked while in mainhand or inventory, the player will gain Absorption I. This effect will refresh every couple of seconds, refreshing the hearts given, for the next 10 minutes. This effect refresh persists through death. 30

Attuned to the power of Pestilence.
Summons a totem that infects
all nearby enemies with a deadly disease.
When right-clicked while in mainhand, a glowing totem of undying with an aura will spawn at the player's feet. It cannot be picked up and will stay for approximately 2 minutes. Mobs that step in the aura gain Slowness and Poison. 5

Attuned to the power of Magic.
When thrown, it can warp you to the spot
where it lands.
When right-clicked while in mainhand, the player will throw and enderpearl. The mechanics are more or less the same as a regular enderpearl, but it cannot be used in safe zones. The enderpearl landing inside a safe zone, regardless if it was thrown from outside of it, will fail to teleport the player. 12

Tesseract
of the Elements

Yellow
Attuned to the power of the Elements.
Allows you to manipulate the elemental
connections within yourself, swapping
class loadouts at will.
Unconfigured: When right-clicked while in mainhand or inventory, it will become configured and store the class, specialization, skill points, and specialization points of the player, leaving a list of the info stored as well as changing slightly in texture and name.
Configured: When right-clicked in mainhand, the player's current class info will be overwritten and replaced with the stats listed on the tesseract. Left-clicking while shifted and in mainhand will erase the info stored in the tesseract, becoming unconfigured again. There is no cooldown when used in a safe zone.

The Tesseract's function is completely changed and it now allows you to access the class selection menu on the go.

Tesseract of Memory (Sketched Crimson Contract)
Crimson Selari gazed upon the newly formed tesseract, its power imprinting his memories into the very walls of his laboratory, before smashing it to pieces. A creation like this could never be unleashed upon the world, and he would ensure another would never exist. Identical function to the Crimson Contract None Being a sketched skin, there is no upgrade.

Attuned to the power of Knowledge.
Manifests your intellect into physical
form, providing you an anvil in exchange.
If the player has at least 25 levels (910 exp points), right-clicking the tesseract will instantly convert 910 exp points into a Repair Anvil. Right-clicking while shifted and in mainhand will convert your levels into as many anvils you can afford, after confirmation is given. The tesseract will fail if the player is below 25 levels. None Right clicking to create an anvil will now store it inside of the Tesseract, and any existing anvils may also be stored. The tesseract can be used as an anvil itself, consuming 1 stored anvil every time it is used to repair an item. Left clicking with the tesseract in your mainhand removes 64 stored anvils from it so that you may share them with other players.

Brings balance to the land around you,
summoning a seasonal tree at your location.
When right-clicked while in mainhand, the player will be shot approximately 14 blocks into the air. Additionally, one of four custom trees will spawn beneath their feet. The tree color will randomize between red, yellow, pink, and light blue. This cannot be used in safe zones. 15

Attuned to the power of Death.
Revives those from the dead who will
gladly die again by your hand.
When right-clicked while in mainhand, the player will be surrounded by 8 static enemies with attire from the Valley of Forgotten Pharaohs. These enemies cannot attack, will not move (if summoned midair, they will float perpetually), and will only have 1 HP. The purpose of this tesseract is to get free charges on abilities that require mob kills such as Rampage. 5

Attuned to the power of Light.
Brings forth light that will pierce
through the darkness around you.
Placing the tesseract will return it to your hand and instead spawn a torch in its place, consuming a charge. The tesseract can have up to 12 charges at once, refilling one every 10 seconds. 1

Makes clear the truth of this world.
Only allowed to be used in survival zones. Right-clicking while in inventory or left-clicking while in mainhand to set a spawn point on the block you are standing on. Left-clicking while shifted and in mainhand will display in chat the coordinates of your current spawn point. Right-clicking while shifted and in mainhand will reset your spawn location to default. Upon death, you will return to the World Spawn until a new spawn point is set. The tesseract may fail to work if you use it when stood on a non-full block. 5

of Emotions

Purple
Attuned to the power of Emotions.
Draws forth that which lies within.
Punching a chest while in mainhand with the tesseract will convert the chest into a shulker box item with the contents still inside. This shulker box cannot be opened in the inventory via right-click. Placing down the shulker instead places back the chest that was originally converted, with its contents still inside.
The tesseract will fail to convert chests that still have ungenerated loot tables (i.e. a loot chest in a dungeon that hasn't been opened yet) or have dungeon keys, shulker boxes, and/or other loot chests.
None Can also convert a barrel into a shulker

Instead of an eldritch disc infected by Faimynyw, Annilys has become the Teal Tesseract, powered by time itself. Identical function to Annilys 6 Minutes Being a sketched skin, there is no upgrade.

Snow
Attuned to the power of holiday spirit. Brings the festivities to your location, affecting all nearby players with a sense of joy. When right-clicked in the mainhand, 5 snowmen will spawn on top of the player. They act similarly to normal snow golems but will not leave a snow trail.
When left-clicked in the mainhand, it will emit a small ball of festive particles.
