Hello Aesir,
My name is Eomen and I represent the Celsian Congress, a gathering of talented mages and minds from across the Celsian Isles. I am writing to you today on behalf of the Congress as a whole to invite you and your associates at the Lowtide Library to partner with our organization in an open-share of knowledge between countries. It is with this invitation that we at the Congress hope to usher in a new age of magical research and discovery with the help of mages and researchers alike from across the world.
