The city section this shift was extremely small, and my outpost was nowhere inside of it. I decided to delve deeper into the wilds in hopes of finding another section of the city. Instead, I found yet another disc shrine, this time a room coated in vines.
There's still no sign of another city within the halls, so I might as well consider my main outpost good and gone, and try setting up a new one. Maybe this disc shrine will work, they seem pretty safe to me.
