Chat

Monumenta uses a custom chat plugin to enable messages to be seen across shards, as well as a variety of custom features. Additionally, many helpful interfaces and settings can be accessed via commands in addition to their related trinkets.

Channels

• /join X - begin seeing messages from one of the following channels, and set it as the default to send messages to
• /leave X - cease seeing messages from one of the following channels
• /g - Global, everyone.
• /np - New Players, currently defunct. Used to be the default channel for players freshly finishing the tutorial.
• /wc - World Chat, only seen by players currently in the same instance as you. For example: players inside your dungeon, players on Isles-2.
• /l - Local, like world chat, but seen by everyone in any instance of that same content piece. For example: players within Fallen Menagerie, players on any Valley.
• /mh - Mod Help, for requesting mod intervention in game if something breaks.

Commands

• /w, /r - whisper and reply just like base minecraft
• /pc - toggles paused chat mode, suspending receiving chat messages from players until turned off again
• /peb - gives you a P.E.B.
• /ps - Player Stats, opens up a screen with various statistics for your equipped build, and options for comparing item changes or another player.
• /vc, /vcz - View Charms (/Zenith) the region 3 charm and zenith charm interfaces
• /deathmsg show/hide - toggles suppressing sending your death messages to everyone else
• /grave? - look up what the actual commands for these are
• /bi - Block Interaction - toggles right click interaction with most blocks, typically to avoid randomly opening interfaces like looms or donating items to frames
