"Akrhh Almawt", a forbidden ritual that binds one's soul to another being, and suspends it in perpetual torment.
In the early days of the war, it was used to increase the power of a horse one hundred fold.
The horse would be set ablaze by the ritual, its flesh slowly searing from the bone. However, being bound to the user's soul, it would begind regenerating that flesh. This cycle of torture forced their bodies into overdrive, and we ruled the battlefield.
However, the practice was draining on the user's soul, and caused soldiers to fall far too quickly. As such, the ritual was deemed unfitting for society, and was banned from practice.
Soon, the soldiers will be coming to force me out of the city. This is my only chance. This is my only option.
