Today we got a truly massive donation from one Duchess Emmeline, who seems to be an important noble from the Chillwind Tundra. She offered us this donation with a kind message about the value of the pursuit of knowledge, but did ask for one thing - the ability to have a supervised visit to our Conscriptorium. I'm not entirely sure the harm here, but consider this a log of the donation and a request to authorize her to visit the Conscriptorium with an armed regiment of our choosing.
