Enchanting Altar is hidden location near Wispervale.
It's used exclusively to obtain 2 specific items - Monshee's Judgement and Heaven's Lullaby.
Walking into the water at the shrine givesn player Regeneration 10 for few seconds, and Health Boost for 5 minutes
Trivia
Design of the Shrine and it's Locations are a reference to The Legend of Zelda franchise, where those shrines could be found.
Additionally, noteblocks with inputs of Up, C, Left, Right, Down are also a reference to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, where main character would use an ocanira to input similiar notes.
