Boss Transcript

The following dialogue plays during the Hekawt boss fight.

On Summon:

• AH. THE SWEET SMELL OF THE DESERT. HOW I HAVE MISSED THIS.
• MY MONTHS AWAY FROM THE SANDS HAVE TAKEN A TOLL.
• NOW, I BELIEVE YOU HAVE DISTURBED MY SEARCH.
• YOUR RUDENESS SHALL NOT GO UNPUNISHED.

Failure:

• (Player Death): PERISH. YOUR REVENANT WILL MAKE A POWERFUL SOLDIER IN MY ARMY.
• (Party Wipe): ONCE AGAIN, I STAND ALONE. MY PLANS WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED AGAIN.

Disconnecting in Arena:

Going Too High:

• BEGONE THEN! FLY AWAY LITTLE BIRD!

Attacking Hekawt from too far away:

• Hekawt has formed a miasma shield around himself! Get closer to pierce through the shield!

Dimensional Door:

• (Casting): THE SHADOWS HOLD MANY SECRETS.
  • (Player Entering): This darkness is dangerous. I need to find a way out!
  • There's something moving in the darkness! It looks like... me?!
  • (If Phylactery is Alive): What is that pulsating mass in the center of the arena?
• (Player Escaping): Something feels different. The shadows aren't clinging to me anymore.

Grasping Hands:

• (Player Targeted): A pool forms under you.

Soul Shackle:

• (Player Hit): You got chained by Hekawt! Don't move outside of the ring!
• (Leaving the Ring): I shouldn't leave this ring.

Phylactery Death:

• WHAT IS THIS... PAIN? I HAVE NOT FELT PAIN IN ETERNITY...

Phase II:

• I PROMISED THAT IF I SAW YOU AGAIN, I WOULD DESTROY YOU.
• WHY DO YOU PERSIST?

Phase III:

• ENOUGH. YOU CANNOT DEFEAT ME.
• MY SEARCH IS FAR TOO IMPORTANT FOR YOU MEDDLING.
• THE VEIL IS RIPPING APART AND I SEEK THE SOURCE.
• REALITY STILL HIDES FROM MY GRASP.

• (Player Inflicted): I CAST DOWN DOOM UPON THEE, AND CURSE YOUR VERY BONES. YOU SHALL JOIN MY REVENANTS.

• (Victory screen appears, but begins to obfuscate)
• ...THE PARTING VEIL GRANTS ME STRENGH.

• AND I HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU AND YOUR MEDDLING!
• The crystals! I can use them against Hekawt!

Crystals Spawning in Big Tower:

• The crystals moved into the big tower. Destroy them before it's too late!

Phase IV 75% HP:

• HOW MUCH TIME HAS PASSED? I SWORE IT WAS MONTHS... ONLY MONTHS...

Phase IV 50% HP:

• THINGS HAVE CHANGED... POWERS HAVE SHIFTED? HAS ETERNITY ABANDONED ME?

Phase IV 25% HP:

• WHERE HAVE THE YEARS GONE? WHAT HAVE I LOST IN THE DEPTHS OF THE VEIL?

Phase IV Death:

• I SHOULD NOT HAVE EMERGED... THE VEIL IS FRAYING.
• THERE IS POWER OUT THERE THAT COULD BE MINE, IF ONLY I HAD REMAINED.
• SEARCHING... SOMETHING HAS BROKEN...
