The short-lived yet powerful 6th King of Narsen, King Richard oversaw a period of expansion for the Narsens. Taking the throne after Queen Isadora abdicated in favor of peace, Farr & Highwatch were expanded because of his leadership. Led the Narsen Empire to victory with minimal losses against the unexpected yet deadly Sons of the Forest attack on the newly improved Farr, which caused Farr's total destruction, thanks to the work of Queen Isadora's newly created Mage Council.
