Alutana died today. The Frost Moon must not find out. Our work must continue if I am to succeed at the mission the Lord on High has tasked me with. I have found and secured Alei and have tasked our forces to begin to construct a cavern in which to house it.

I was visited by the Lord on High as I slept. He told me he would be sending us a new herald. It would be different than the child. A Star, falling to the earth. It would be called Kokytos and it would need a home in the cavern we are building. It was as if this was destiny. The threads of fate weaving themselves a tapestry with myself at the center. His word is my command. Work will continue.

Kokytos has arrived and my dream has spoken true. The herald is a Star, a massive stone of sorts, made of a material I have never before seen. Quickly it was brought into the cavern as the core of the statue we are building. Our work continues, even as the night sky itself seems to weep from Kokytos. It has told me that it is a blessing. The Stars themselves granted us this blessing and it will provide power untold for those who seek it.
I have placed Alei safely in a chamber above it. Kokytos senses the relic and has told me it knows its true form. The Light bursting forth is no mere light, but the power of Revelation given form. It is sacred to the Lord on High, Kokytos says. It will allow the right one to crack open the sky and free the Lord from his chains keeping him from us.
This is the first I've heard of the Lord on High being chained, but this statement has answered many questions I have had. The miracles vanished after Saint Alric. Perhaps The Lord himself was punished for his intervention. What else could be out there that our Lord fears?
