The book "Mind, Emotions, and..." can be found in a chest within the Atheneum. Taking the book will begin the Primeval Creations VI quest if the player has completed the previous quest in the series.
Layout
The entrance is completely underwater, but stops immediately upon entry. A small group of corridors and rooms begins the area. It leads to a massive room lined with bookshelves and bridges. Following the path will lead to a throne room where the miniboss can be fought.
Above the entrance, there is a small ledge with a mob spawner and a chest. Breaking through the wall behind these reveals the trader for the Iron Pipe patron item.

Located near the top (554, 57, -413) is a chest surrounded by cobwebs. In the chest is a book titled "Elegy of Old Isharist" and the Shard of Old Isharist (material).
The Soul Keeper miniboss drops 10 CCS, some tiered gear, and the Soul Spear uncommon.

The POI is named after the old Isharist state of Magmortia, which is where it resides.
