Queen Petra was the 3rd Monarch of the Narsen Empire & during her reign she brought forth goodness & beauty across the land, enabling Sierhaven to massively expand into the metropolis it is today. In addition, she also established Nyr as a trading outpost. She spoke directly to the people of the Empire as they worried about their home & it's future, & was able to unite the Narsens forever.
