The Tree of Life is a metaphysical concept based around the belief that there are ten core aspects to magic. Laid out along a tree diagram, with 22 connecting points, these aspects combine in unexpected ways to form the basis of magic we know today. While the world is limited in size, there are no limits to the power from the Tree of Life. Only the ability of the user to guide it.
This aspect is called Chasom, and it represents Eternity. Chasom is used in time magic, allowing users to slow things, speed things up, make spells last longer, and even in defensive spells to ward off other magics. Without Chasom, there is no way to determine the immediacy of your spells.
