Partial parsing for the attributes field in Template:Item

Usage: {{Item/Attribute|attributename|magnitude|isbase|nocategory}}

The third parameter alters display formatting for attributes treated as "base", specifically Attack Damage Add/Attack Speed Add/Projectile Damage Add/Projectile Speed Add on mainhands, and Armor/Agility on armor slot items.

Additionally suppresses automatic categorization for base damage/speed attributes on mainhands (unsure if doing so is actually the correct decision, or what if any special categorization they warrant).
