Tempo is a defensive enchantment in monumenta. Wearing/holding an item with tempo will give you extra agility if you didn't take damage in the previous 4 seconds.
Stats
After taking no damage for 2 seconds, you gain 10% effective agility per level on the first hit taken.
After taking no damage for 4 seconds, you gain 20% effective agility per level instead on the first hit taken.
