The Congress is a place of many doors, many shelves, and many secrets. No one researcher working within knows everything happening within this massive complex. But there is something whispering to me deep within this place. I hear it speak to me every time my eyes close. Something here wants to be heard. I'm not sure I should be listening.

There is a major experiment going down today, I've heard. This is exciting. One of the Congress' long term research projects has been a partnership with a research team in the King's Valley, stationed in the town of Lowtide. Today, the fruit of their research will be born.
So why have the whispers grown louder?
