Celsian Alchemist's Bag is a common potion bag for the Alchemist Class obtained from the Teacher's Domain in Mistport.

Obtaining

Celsian Alchemist's Bag can be taken out of a refilling chest at the Teacher's Domain of Mistport in the Alchemist's Class room. The coordinates to the chest are [-1825 128 2443].

Or alternatively obtained by turning a Dungeon Alchemy Bag back to a Celsian Alchemist's Bag through the Rare Trader at the respective Dungeon's Lobby. Note that this is the way to carry infusions over to another bag.
