Cosmetics are a set of optional mechanics that allow the player to customize themself. They can be viewed via the Cosmetics Manager at the Seasonal Event Hub, or via a Personal Cosmetic Interface sold by the same NPC for 2 hypercurrencies. There are 4 types of Cosmetics, these being Titles, Elite Finishers, Cosmetic Skills, and Armor Vanity.
Titles
Titles are a type of cosmetic that appear above the player's head when equipped. They can be earned from the Seasonal Pass, or bought from earlier Seasonal Passes with Metamorphosis Tokens.

Elite Finishers
Elite Finishers are a type of cosmetic that will play a special effect when an Elite-type mob is slain. Multiple Elite Finishers can be equipped at one time, which randomizes which one plays. They can be earned from the Seasonal Pass, or bought from earlier Seasonal Passes with Metamorphosis Tokens.

Cosmetic skills are obtained from a variety of different pieces of content across the game. They customize the way your abilities look when used and change their sound effects. They can be obtained from Dungeon Delves, Challenge Delves, The Darkest Depths, and Gallery of Fears.

Armor Vanity
Armor Vanity is a type of cosmetic that allows the player to customize their Helmet, Chestplate, Pants, Boots and Offhand items, retaining their stats but changing their appearance to that of another item. It costs 16 Twisted Strands to unlock an item for Vanity use, and is free for Tier 3 Patrons. Tier 3 Patrons also gain the ability to put any item in their Helmet Vanity slot.
