The EX Primordial Flames are a rare offhand item found within the Architect's Ring.
Obtainment Method(s)
Can be purchased from the rare trader at the entrance to the Exalted Arcane Rivalry for 1 
P. Dia. and 4 Arcane Crystals.
This purchase can only be made after the dungeon has been completed at least once.
Masterworking Details
