The Heart Stopper is one of a myriad of items obtainable from the Mystery Box found in numerous places throughout the Gallery of Fear's various maps.
As it is designed exclusively for Gallery gameplay, attempting to take it outside of an instance will instead drop it within said instance to be promptly deleted.

Masterworking Details

Like all Mystery Box rewards within the Gallery of Fear, the Heart Stopper cannot be masterworked, as it has no base Masterwork level and there are no Masterwork Anvils within Gallery maps.

Tips and Trivia

• The Heart Stopper's monstrously high Piercing level allows it to hit up to a whopping 11 enemies in a single shot. This makes it ideal for firing into groups funneled through the narrow corridors that make up the Sanguine Halls, as each arrow will easily meet its pierce quota when firing into a condensed group to maximize damage output.
