Obtainment Method(s)

• Can be found randomly in loot chests within the City of Shifting Waters.

• Can also be won from the Treasure Wheel in the Seasonal Pass Hub, accessed from Sierhaven, if the wheel lands on Light Blue.

Usage

Shifting Crystals are required for numerous trades with Cornifer, an NPC sometimes found in the City, for many special items:

• 2 are needed to buy a Magisolve Crystal.
• 2 are needed to buy Energetic Powder.
• 4 are needed to buy a Summoning Crystal.
• 24 are needed to buy a Conduit Key.

2 Shifting Crystals are also used to purchase a Warped Emblem, the summoning item for Hekawt.
