Players can travel to Ta'Ksaav by pressing the stone button in Ta'Eldim [490, 188, -380] and walk towards the ice mirror. It is inaccessible until the player has completed the Tlaxan Troubles quest, given by the NPC in the Plagueroot Temple lobby.
To leave Ta'Ksaav, left click the campfire at [470, 169, -619].
