Alchemy Labs
The Alchemy Labs is one of the many dungeons in Monumenta. It is designed to be the very first dungeon that the player experiences upon entering Sierhaven.
Completion of The Alchemy Labs for the first time rewards two White Shulker Boxes.

A quick explanation how The Alchemy Labs chest loot works for finding uncommons;
Each chest has a tier, tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3, in tiers 1 and 2 there is a chance for one of the tiered items to be upgraded into an uncommon item and in tier 3 chests uncommons are guaranteed. In tier 1 chests there is about a 1/27 (0.03695652174%) chance for a tiered item to be converted to an uncommon, in tier 2 chests there is about a 1/12 (0.08333%) chance for a tiered item to be converted.
The following Loot-Tables show the amount of an items that can possibly be obtained from the chest and the average amount of the item gotten from that chest.
This data is collected from 20 total labs runs so it should be as accurate as possible

There are 4 chests in The Alchemy Labs Loot-Room, three of them are tier 2 chests and the last one which has the guaranteed uncommon is a mix of tier 1 and 2 chest loot, it has all the non tiered items of a tier 2 chest but also has the tiered items equivalent to a tier 1 chest.

Dungeon Completion Guide
Your first task is to destroy the TNT cache, it is found off the side of the main open area;
After heading through the arch shown you go through the following arches until you reach an area with walkways suspended over water;
At the end of the walkway is a room with an elite archer enemy, the Rebel Henchman, and down the stairs in that room is the TNT cache, destroy it to progress to the next part;
Once the TNT cache is gone you must head back to the large open area where you first started to explore, on the bottom floor a gate will have opened to let you further in;
After you head through this gate you must follow the path to the end where the boss will be waiting for you.
Once the boss, Elcard the Ignoble, is defeated a pathway to the side should open and the end of the dungeon will be there.
