Lowtide
Lowtide is one of the many towns located within the King's Valley. Located in the Southern half of the Blackroot Jungle, it acts as a way to get into the Celsian Isles through the nearby Seagate.
Lore
Long before the Narsen Empire, Lowtide began as a small fishing settlement near a lone seagate tower. Over time, fishermen from all over the jungle heard rumor of a legendary Regal Salmon, and slowly expanded the town in search of it. The founders of Lowtide, Noah and Simon, decided to expand Lowtide further outward to attract a variety of merchants, which now make up what Lowtide is today.

Claude's Restaurant
Located at [726 Y 455], this building is a hybrid of the Coffee Cat Cafe #0, and the restaurant run by Claude, who is the start location of the quest A Dish to Die For.
Lowtide Library
Located at [698 Y 504], this building is the only library in the King's Valley. With multiple books found, including the series Professor Walthan's Guide to Flora and Fauna, it's a good place to learn about the lore, both about Lowtide and the history of the entire King's Valley. This location is home to Professor Walthan, Chief Editor Sumona, and Helring, who is the start location of the quest Outer Demons.
The Seagate
Located at [608 Y 539], this building is the main entrance to the second region, the Celsian Isles.
