Obtaintment Method(s)

• Can be found randomly in loot chests throughout the Palace of Mirrors.
• Can be purchased for 2 Light Gray Fragments from the rare trader in the dungeon's lobby.
• Can be obtained by transmogrifying two rare items at the Celsian Isles Transmogrifier in Molta.
• Can be won from the Treasure Wheel in the Seasonal Pass Hub, accessed from Sierhaven, if the wheel lands on Light Blue.
