Plot refers to player owned spaces where they are free to build in survival mode. As with cities and towns, there is no fall damage, fire tick, or drowning damage in the Plots shard.

Personal Plots

Players can purchase a Plot for themselves with 64 CXP once they complete Mage's Legacy by speaking with the City Planners [-708, 107, -127] on the first floor of the Narsen Castle in Sierhaven. That's the building with two crossed swords on it. Traders in the room behind them will sell utility blocks and NPCs for your Plot. Blocks include water, lava, and ender chests. NPCs include things like training dummies to see your damage output, to a teleporter who can teleport players to other shards.

To access the Plot shard for the first time, go West from the center of Sierhaven in a straight line through the old Apartments until you reach the docks. Bear left toward the first dock and board the first ship on the right to reach the warp pressure plate.

To claim a Plot, walk across the large map in the floor when you reach the Plot docks. Available plots will be green with a large A in the center. Punch the map at the label of a neighbourhood you would like to live in, and it will teleport you to nearest teleport gazebo. Once you find a Plot, stand on the pressure plate beneath the glowstone to claim it. You cannot change your Plot location once you select one.

Subsequently returning to your Plot can be done by using any teleport hub that takes you to the Plot docks, then find the hot air balloon with a pressure plate and a sign for Personal Plot. It will teleport you directly into your Plot.

Guild Plots

Guild Plots are plots specifically for guilds and are therefore much larger. Each guild may only have one Guild Plot. To purchase a Guild Plot, contact a moderator and find an open Guild Plot space in a similar fashion to finding an open Personal Plot. The cost of a Guild Plot is 160 CXP, or 2.5 HXP. After paying the moderator, they will work their magic and assign the Plot to your guild.

The south-most hot air balloon on the Plot docks will teleport you directly into your Guild Plot.

Guild Islands

Guild Islands are similar to Guild Plots, but much MUCH bigger, and on a personal island. Lectros, the NPC next to the Guild Plot teleporter will provide information and the trades to purchase one. The Guild Island costs 24 HXP, 24 Royal Crystals, 24 HCS, and 24 Gleaming Seashells at first. After purchasing the two parts of the key, trade them for the theme desired (Winter, Autumn, or Summer). Note that the theme may not be available due to a limited amount. After trading for the theme, contact a moderator to assign the Island to your guild. Furthermore, the Island has an upkeep of 1 HCS per week. If the payment isn't reached, the Island will be locked and inaccessible until 1 HCS is paid.

A pressure plate behind Lectros will teleport you directly to your Guild Island.

Player Market

The Player Market is an area where players may purchase, sell, and trade with other players. Access requires completion of the first 3 wool dungeons. The teleportation hot air balloon is located across from the ship on the Plot docks.

The Market has a strict set of rules that, when broken, could result in temporary or permanent bans from the Market. The Primary Rule is No Stealing. The Market revolves around the trust of players, but can be reinforced with CoreProtect, a plugin that allows players to view transactions. Incorrect transactions will be swiftly found out and punishments will be delivered depending on how severe the crime was (i.e. Taking multiple items from a shop without paying will result in a severe punishment). Another factor to transactions is common sense. Don't try to find loopholes in offers on purpose. It's stupid.

Chests are also banned to hinder lag, with barrels being the total replacement. Any single chests will be replaced by barrels, and any double chests will be eliminated entirely without warning.

Rules as Written

1. Players caught stealing from others will be punished. The punishment will be decided by moderators according to the gravity of the theft, but will often result in a ban of some kind.

2. Players stake a claim by buying shop deeds from the Market Attendant, and using it on an empty stall. Unclaimed stalls will be flat brick squares, claimed stalls will be clearly marked with a nearby shulker box with the shop owner's name.

3. Players are strictly forbidden from owning more than one stall at a time. Players caught owning more than one stall will have one of them deleted at moderator's discretion without warning.

4. Stalls must stay inside their boundaries. Stalls cannot be connected together.

5. Players may not manage or edit another player’s stall.

6. Players are responsible for the upkeep of their stall. This is done by paying the shulker NPC attached to a stall, and can be paid in advance up to 8 weeks. A stall that runs out of upkeep will be locked for two weeks, and unlocked when upkeep is paid again. A stall that has no upkeep for more than two weeks will be automatically reset, and is not recoverable by moderators.

7. Players may sell or transfer ownership of a claim to another player at any time. The previous owner is responsible for removing their stall and its items so that the next player may build.

8. If any player has a question or dispute about the rules, they are encouraged to privately contact moderators.

9. Chests are banned. use barrels. any chest found by a mod will be replaced if single chest, deleted if double chest, without warning.

10. These rules are not exhaustive. Use common sense and decency.

Bazaar

The Bazaar is located underneath the spawn of the Markets, with staircases leading down to it. The walls of the Bazaar are lined with barrels. Players may claim a barrel by putting a sign with an offer on it. Each player may not claim more than one barrel, and are also expected to remove the sign (unclaiming the barrel) when not in use. Barrels without any transactions for 10 days become inactive. Inactive barrels and multiple barrels owned by the same player will be sent to the Barrel Graveyard, which can be accessed by the Barrel Fanatic NPC.

Personal Stalls

To get a Personal Stall, the player must first purchase a shop deed from the Market Attendant underneath the Market spawn, across from the Bazaar. After purchasing a shop deed, go to an unclaimed Stall with a brick floor and no shulker, then right-click with the deed. A shulker will spawn and you will be allowed to edit your Stall area. From there, it's up to the player to decorate the Stall and put up offers, as long as it stays within it's boundaries. Each player may only own one Personal Stall at a time. Editing another player's Stall without their permission is against the rules.

Along with the initial purchase, upkeep is required to maintain the Stall. A week's upkeep for a Personal Stall can be purchased at the Market Attendant for 4 CXP or 4 CCS each. Upkeep can be paid at and checked at the shulker at your Stall. Stalls that run out of upkeep will be locked for up to two weeks, only being unlocked upon upkeep being repaid. If a Stall still has no upkeep past the two weeks, it will be forcefully reset and unrecoverable.

Guild Stalls

Guild Stalls are larger Stalls for guilds. The procedure to claiming a Guild Stall is the same as claiming a Personal Stall, but instead of a shop deed, you purchase a guild shop deed. Each guild may only own one Guild Stall, and the transactions can be managed by anyone in the guild if their name is stated on a sign in the Stall.

The upkeep mechanic applies to Guild Stalls as well, but a week's upkeep for one costs 8 CXP or 8 CCS each instead.
