To break the seal you must build a tower in each square, with a height between 1 and 5, so that no towers in a row or column have the same height.
The numeric clues tell you how many towers you can 'see', with taller towers blocking sight to the smaller ones behind. For example, if the towers were
2 1 4 5 3 you could see 3 towers from the left side (2,4,5) and 2 towers from the right (3,5).
Build towers to fill the following pattern:
