Obtainment Method(s)

• Can be found randomly in loot chests throughout the Celestial Rampart in Star Point.
• Can be bought with 2 Star Point Fragments from the Star Point rare trader in the Chantry of Repentance.

Functional Information

Like all charms, Magna Luna cannot be masterworked, even though it is of the Rare tier.

When worn, it greatly increases Cosmic Moonblade's damage and triples the cooldown reduction it grants to the user's other skills upon striking a mob, and modestly increases its range, but massively increases Moonblade's own cooldown and removes its second slash.
