Obtainment Method(s)

• Can be found randomly in loot chests throughout the Celestial Rampart POI, or bought with 2 Star Point Fragments from the rare trader in the Chantry of Repentance.
• Can be obtained by transmogrifying two masterworkable items at the Architect's Ring Transmogrifier in Galengarde.
• Can be won from the Treasure Wheel in the Seasonal Pass Hub, accessed from Sierhaven, if the wheel lands on Yellow.
