• Can be found randomly in loot chests throughout the Celestial Rampart in Star Point.
• Can be bought with 2 Star Point Fragments from the Star Point rare trader in the Chantry of Repentance.

Functional Information

Like all charms, the Silvari Blade Handle cannot be masterworked, even though it is of the Rare tier.

When worn, it greatly increases the damage, radius, and cooldown of Blade Dance, and mildly increases the time it roots struck enemies for.
