Obtainment Method(s)
- Can be found randomly in loot chests throughout the Chittering Gutters in Star Point.
- Can be bought with 2
Star Point Fragments from the Star Point rare trader in the Chantry of Repentance. - Can be obtained by transmogrifying two masterworkable items at the Architect's Ring Transmogrifier in Galengarde.
- Can be won from the Treasure Wheel in the Seasonal Pass Hub, accessed from Sierhaven, if the wheel lands on Yellow.
